Annual General Meeting of Members will be held
on
Tuesday 27th
April 2010 at The Stephen’s Green Hibernian Club (The Reading Room on 1st Floor), 9 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 at 5:30pm
to transact the following business:

To receive
the Annual Report and President’s Review. |
| 2. |
To
receive, consider, adopt or otherwise
deal with the Minutes of the previous
Annual General Meeting. (Tabled) |
| 3. |
To receive the financial statements for the
year-end from the Chairman of the
Finance Committee. The Statement of Accounts will be published on our website prior
to the meeting –

| 4. |
To
receive, consider and, where necessary,
vote on the report of any Committee
appointed by the National Council which,
in the opinion of the National Council,
merits special submission to the Annual
General Meeting. |
| 5. |
To receive, consider and, where necessary, vote on
points brought forward by Members whether on behalf of the National Council or
any Local Associated Institute or
privately. |
| 6. |
Election of Deputy President of The
Insurance Institute of Ireland. |
| 7. |
Nomination of Local Institute
Representatives to National Council. |
| 8. |
Outgoing President’s Address to Members. |
| 9. |
Investiture of Incoming President of The
Insurance Institute of Ireland. |
| 10. |
Incoming President’s Address to Members. |
| 11. |
Formal Ratification of all Committees and Committee Members
of The Insurance Institute of Ireland. |

To
transact any other ordinary business of
the Institute. |
Dress Code:
A jacket and tie are required (in the Club). Comparable attire is required of ladies.
Non-permissible attire for Gentlemen and Ladies include; jeans or other denim wear,
T-Shirts and athletic wear, trainers.
